| Taxis, biodiesel and emissions testing |

Taxis are given a tough time on emissions, so be part of the solution and use low smoke biodiesel. Biodiesel goes straight into the tank with no changes or conversions necessary. It burns better and cleaner than fossil diesel. It routinely delivers very low smoke tests, below 0.75 - see the examples above and below. |

| In both of these tests the vehicle passed the smoke test, however the biodiesel produced HALF the smoke of the city diesel. |
|
| This can provide you with the solution you need whilst you are waiting to sort out your smoke problems. Uptown recommends that all drivers remain compliant with the law and the requirements of the carriage office and fit abatement equipment. We also recommend that you use our high quality biodiesel regularly as this naturally improves emissions. |
